  By availing services from IGCSE Tuitions after reviewing our website and Terms & Conditions, you agree to comply with these terms.

• Demo Classes
  A free demo class of 30–40 minutes will be arranged with a tutor. If you are satisfied, you may choose the same tutor for your tuition requirements. The choice of tutor is entirely yours; IGCSE Tuitions will not compel or influence your selection.

• Tutor Replacement
  If you are not satisfied with a tutor after the demo session, you may request a change of tutor by providing a valid reason.

• Payment Terms

  • All tuition fees are payable directly to IGCSE Tuitions, not to individual tutors.

  • Fees must be paid in advance Mode before class commencement.

  • Failure to pay in advance may result in classes being placed on hold or cancelled.

  • Direct negotiation with tutors regarding fees, schedules, or other financial matters is strictly prohibited.

• Privacy and Conduct

  • IGCSE Tuitions will not disclose any tutor’s personal details for privacy and safety reasons.

  • The company will not be responsible for any form of misconduct, including physical or sexual harassment, that may occur during or outside the course of tuition.

• Taxes
  Applicable taxes must be borne by the parent/student as per prevailing laws.

• Class Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• All payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances.

•  No Cancellations or Refunds:
  Once classes are confirmed and payment is made, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained under any circumstances.

• Payment After Demo Confirmation:
  We do not accept payment blindly. Fees are only collected after the student attends a demo class and confirms satisfaction with the assigned teacher.

• Teacher Replacement Option:
  In the rare case where a student is not satisfied after classes begin, they are entitled to request a teacher replacement. We will provide an alternate teacher within a reasonable timeframe, but refunds will not be provided.

• Regular classes cancellations Policy:

  • IGCSE Tuitions reserves the right to cancel services if a student is irregular, frequently cancels, or changes schedules repeatedly.

  • Cancellation must be informed at least 12 hours in advance; otherwise, the class will be fully charged.

  • More than two cancellations per month will be chargeable.

  • If a student remains absent for more than two weeks without notice, classes will be terminated without refund.

• Rescheduling Policy

  • Classes may be rescheduled only in cases of medical emergencies and subject to tutor availability.

  • Specific time slots cannot be guaranteed for rescheduled sessions.

• Nature of Service

  Educational Support Only:  IGCSE Tuitions offers academic assistance and learning support. While we are committed to helping students improve, we do not guarantee any specific marks, grades, or results.

  Responsibility Disclaimer: Academic outcomes depend on several factors, including student effort, attendance, and consistency. Our role is to provide qualified tutors, structured learning plans, and academic guidance—but ultimate success is a shared responsibility between the student and tutor

• Student Responsibility

Consistency is Key: Students are expected to attend sessions regularly, complete assignments, and communicate openly about their academic progress or challenges.

• Reporting Issues

  • Concerns regarding payment, class duration, or the number of sessions must be reported within 48 hours of occurrence via email to admin@igcsetuitions.com

  • The team will respond within 24 hours of receiving your message.

• Technical and Internet Issues

  • Classes cancelled or interrupted due to internet or technical issues will be chargeable if occurring repeatedly (more than once within four weeks).
